Jacek Chocolate Couture

Jacqueline Jacek has been thrilling Edmonton’s tastebuds ever since opening the first Jacek boutique, and you never have to worry about getting bored with the same flavours — every season Jacek comes out with a new collection that’s sure to delight. Pick up some chocolate treats at either the 104 Street or Sherwood Park locations. For Valentine’s Day 2017, Jacek has a few special treats including a Valentine’s collection in a classic heart-shaped box, and strawberry and champagne truffles.

Violet Chocolate Company

Red Seal chef and chocolatier Rebecca Grant has been crafting delicious treats at Violet Chocolate Company since 2012, and her bars have earned countless fans both at local farmers’ markets and in international competitions. While the selection varies by the season, Grant is known for playing with sweet and savoury flavours, so you can sample bars like the tandoori masala, honey rosemary and more. For Valentine’s Day, Grant has collaborated with Woodwork’s bar manager James Grant on a truffle collection inspired by classic cocktails.
