Design and Lifestyle Lead in Paisley at Heritage Valley

Style and fit with homes of all shapes and sizes

Spring is in the air, and in the vibrant community of Paisley at Heritage Valley, that means new show homes opening, fresh interior design ideas and excited new residents making their houses homes.

For singles, couples and young families looking for an eclectic place to belong, Paisley may be the answer. Located in Heritage Valley off Ellerslie Road and 141 Street, Paisley offers lifestyle inspiration homebuyers can experience when six new show homes open this May. The show home parade of duplex and single family homes, built exclusively by Brookfield Residential, extends half an acre down Paisley Drive. These homes illustrate the modern and varied nature of the community’s streetscapes — streetscapes that run along open green space and ponds, with vibrant community art work that lights up the night sky.

With six different home models to view, the lifestyle possibilities are endless, whether it’s entertaining friends and family around a massive island with a built-in wine rack, sitting down in your bonus room with impressive 12-ft. ceilings to watch a movie, dropping off camping supplies next to freshly washed gear in the mud room while you race to get the kids out the door, or just flicking on the electric fireplace to cuddle up and plan your next world adventure. The scale and design of these homes is something that needs to be seen.

Three show home styles are inspired by the work of local artists, and three others by on-trend DIY projects. A work by Julie Witten-Land of Salted Studio is the artistic inspiration for the Decorus, which also features Shadow, a modern dark purple that is a Benjamin Moore colour of 2017. Accomplished visual artist Jason Carter is painting a work specifically for the Brighton, an outdoor-themed home featuring Pantone colour of 2017 Greenery. On May 7 fine artist Giselle Denis will attend a private sneak peek of the show homes and paint a work onsite, inspired by the light and airy design of the Palazzo.

While the models and designs are all different, the homes are all exceptionally designed. With prices starting from the $290s, and homes up to 1751-sq.-ft., they’re also packed with value. Whether your lifestyle requires only the essentials or luxurious options like granite, hardwood and cabinets to ceiling, you’ll find a fit in Paisley.

Join Brookfield Residential to tour this beautiful array of show homes at the Paisley grand opening celebration on Saturday, June 10.
