See a play inspired by a trip to a modern art museum

The Off-Broadway hit play 9 Parts of Desire, written and performed by Heather Raffo, was inspired by a trip to a museum in Baghdad in 1993. The work sheds light on the lives of nine Iraqi women across decades, and explores what it means to be a woman in a country plagued by war. The Maggie Tree brings 9 Edmonton actors together for the production, which runs April 6 to 15.
