The Alberta Council for the Ukrainian Arts, in partnership with the Art Gallery of Alberta, has put together an exhibition in the Community Gallery entitled “Five Waves of Inspiration.” To go along with this exhibition, there is a series of lectures designed to illuminate the art — on May 24, Jars Belan will be discussing the history of Ukrainian art in Canada.
