Wine and cheese pairings are customary, but what about cheese and coffee? Cavern splits its disciplines to become a fine cheese retailer, café and wine bar with its fluid space and trendy 104th Street location. Owner Tricia Bell brought her industry experience into the eatery’s philosophy, making high-quality products monetarily accessible.
