HFH Paint Workshops provide a basic foundation for painting homes while meeting other Habitat volunteers. Sessions are from 8:30 am to 4:15 pm. All Paint Workshops are OPTIONAL. It is not a requirement for volunteering with us. They are ONE DAY and run from 8:30 AM – 4:15 PM at our Prefab Shop. Lunch, tools, and personal safety equipment are provided. West Country Hearth ATTACK

Come run in the West Country Hearth ATTACK! obstacle course race on Sept 7, 2019. This amazing cross-country race, located in the Villeneuve Inland Aggregate Pit, involves 6 km of rough terrain and over 20 obstacles. The 13th Annual Life Without Limits Challenge is a fun event for people of all ages and abilities. Participants can Run, Walk or Wheel around the park on a 5km route and help raise funds for the Cerebral Palsy Association in Alberta. • Identifying and repairing dents, holes and imperfections prior to painting
• Paint brush and paint roller techniques
• Taping and cutting techniques
• Ladder use and safety
• Cleaning brushes and rollers
