Come rain or shine — the event will go on! This is a full-day event and is open to all individuals* (basic fitness levels encouraged — meaning that you can walk quickly, use stairs and jump!)

The BeYEG Challenge is a fundraiser in support of Ballet Edmonton.

*suggested minimum age of 12 years old, however younger individuals will physically be able to complete challenges.

Compass Centre for Sexual Wellness is excited to put on our first Sexual Health Conference, Sex in the City! The theme for this years conference is “Supporting Communities in Sexual Health”. The facilitators of this conference intend for attendees to leave the conference with the tools, skills and understanding to better support communities regarding Women’s Sexual Health, LGBTQIA2S+ Sexual Health, and Sexual Health and Disabilities.

This event will cover workshops regarding: Sex and Disabilities, Gender Diverse Peoples and Sexuality, Pelvic Floor Exercises, Sex Positivity and How to be Approachable, and Kink Aware Professionals. The conference will feature two different streams of content throughout the day. The General Sexual Health workshop stream and the Intensive Sexual Health Stream. the General stream will feature sexual health knowledge, awareness, and discussions tailored more to general sexual health knowledge and education while the Intensive stream will feature more focuses, skill based, in depth content. In between each workshop will be a thirty minute Wellness Break.

Attendees will have the option to attend one Intensive Workshop or two, General Workshops during each time slot.
