St. Albert’s own Breadlove is holding Artisan Bread 101 classes June 11 and 21 — you bring the bowl, they supply the dough. “Kneadless” to say, you’ll learn the tips and techniques of making the perfect loaf of bread.

The Ruby Apron

The Ruby Apron has a cupboard full of online workshops, including croissants, bagels, sourdough and tortillas, with a focus on local, sustainable, organic and seasonal ingredients. Each class ends with a sit-down taste and chat with a perfectly paired glass of wine.

Due to continued restrictions surrounding Covid-19 our Adult Macaron Baking Class originally scheduled for this Sunday, June 7th will be POSTPONED. Confections Cake Co. will begin to publish scheduled dates for Online Baking Classes this Friday, June 5th. Students who have registered for an In House Baking Class that has been postponed due to Covid-19 will have “first dibs” on registration. If you would rather wait until we are able to host an In House Baking Class once restrictions are removed, we are happy to accommodate, and will forward you into an In House Class as soon as we are able, and it is convenient for you. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding, and for wanting to spend your free time in the kitchen with us 🍰😊❤️ We can’t wait to see you all again.
