Symphony Meets Art at AGA

This weekend, immerse yourself in the magic of live symphony music at this mini-concert series by Edmonton Symphony Orchestra at the Art Gallery of Alberta.

If you’re missing live symphony concerts, this event is for you. This week, Edmonton Symphony Orchestra presents Chamber Music, the last of its month-long live concert series.

The orchestra will perform at the Art Gallery of Alberta for a small audience. This Thursday’s event begins at 5 p.m., while Saturday will have two available sessions — at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

This week, mini-concert program will feature Concertmaster Robert Uchida and Laura Veeze (violin), Ethan Filner (viola), Rafael Hoekman and Meran Currie-Roberts (cello). They will perform Quintet in C major D. 956 by Franz Schubert.

You can buy tickets via the Winspear Centre website or directly on the Art Gallery of Alberta website. Due to the limited space, tickets need to be booked in advance.
