This week, stretch, walk and celebrate the arts — all for good causes!

Laugh (and yoga) for a cause

The Laughing Hour founder Maude Bombardier leads a one-hour laughter yoga session on September 10 at the Jerry Forbes Centre to raise money for Caregivers Alberta. No experience necessary; just come out, donate, laugh and stretch!

Walk a mile in her shoes

The YWCA is celebrating 10 years (and over $1 million raised) of Walk a Mile in Her Shoes, which has raised over $1 million to help women and families walk away from domestic violence. Join hundreds of Edmontonians on September 11 at the Federal Building Plaza (shoes provided; pumps are optional).
